Happy New Year To All
Posted on Dec 30th, 2009
A Happy New Year wish is extended to the Pennybridge Community.
A big thank you to many of you have registered on the website. Your login IDs and Passwords have been communicated back to you.
We look forward to having all our resident owners to register on our website by the end of January, 2010.
Our website has already proven its value. Through the communication of one of our residents, we realized that the copy of the annual budget has not been sent everyone. Garthchester is resolving this error by resending the Budget  out.
Once everyone is registered, then a copy of the budget may be available to registered users.
Warm regards,
PBM Board
